Returns Eligibility
At LabelKay, returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
- The video must:

- Be recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed package.
- Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
- Clearly display the damaged/defective product.
- Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

The return request must be raised withinΒ 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen/display differences
- Minor thread or finishing variations
- Products damaged after usage
- Requests raised without valid video proof
- Products without original tags and packaging
Return Process
To request a return:

- Mention:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video proof
- Product images (if required)
- Our team will review the request within 2β3 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and verified by our quality team:
- Refunds will be processed withinΒ 5β7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfers with details provided by the Customer.
- In certain cases, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Replacement product
- Partial refund depending on product availability and issue severity.
Important Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available.
- LabelKay reserves the right to reject fraudulent or suspicious claims.
- Any misuse of the return policy may lead to permanent restriction from future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In approved damaged-product cases, return shipping charges will be covered by LabelKay.
