Returns Eligibility

At LabelKay, returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • The video must:
    1. Be recorded from the beginning of opening the sealed package.
    2. Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
    3. Clearly display the damaged/defective product.
  • Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
  • The return request must be raised withinΒ 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color variation due to screen/display differences
  • Minor thread or finishing variations
  • Products damaged after usage
  • Requests raised without valid video proof
  • Products without original tags and packaging

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at: contact@labelkay.com
  • Mention:
  1. Order ID
  2. Registered mobile number
  3. Reason for return
  4. Unboxing video proof
  5. Product images (if required)
  • Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and verified by our quality team:

  • Refunds will be processed withinΒ 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfers with details provided by the Customer.
  • In certain cases, we may offer:
  1. Store credit
  2. Replacement product
  3. Partial refund depending on product availability and issue severity.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available.
  • LabelKay reserves the right to reject fraudulent or suspicious claims.
  • Any misuse of the return policy may lead to permanent restriction from future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In approved damaged-product cases, return shipping charges will be covered by LabelKay.
